Getting Started
How do I activate my tags?
- Create account at iffound.co.uk
- Click “Add New Tag”
- Enter tag code or scan QR
- Name your item
- Save and attach!
Which tag goes where?
- Key rings: Keys, small bags
- Adhesive: Electronics, hard surfaces
- Iron-on: Clothing, fabric items
- Pet tags: Collars only
- Luggage loops: Suitcases, large bags
Account Issues
Forgotten password?
Click “Forgot Password” at login. Check spam folder for reset email.
Can't log in?
- Clear browser cache
- Try different browser
- Check caps lock
- Ensure cookies enabled
Changed email address?
Log in with old email, update in Account Settings.
Tag Management
Tag not scanning?
- Clean QR code gently
- Ensure good lighting
- Try different angles
- Update phone camera app
- Test with different phone
Moving tag to new item?
Simply update item name in dashboard. Tag continues working normally.
Lost tag code?
Find original email or contact support with order details.
Accidental activation?
Can’t be undone, but tag works normally. Update details anytime.
Troubleshooting
Not receiving notifications?
- Check notification settings
- Verify phone/email correct
- Check spam folders
- Ensure notifications enabled on phone
Finder can't contact me?
- Verify contact details current
- Check message filtering
- Try alternative contact method

No! Once activated, tags work forever.
Battery needed?
No batteries. QR codes are passive technology.
Transfer tags?
Can’t transfer between accounts for security.

Are they waterproof?
